At IFA 2025 in Berlin, Lenovo introduced two new Android-based tablets, the Idea Tab Plus and the Yoga Tab, expanding its portfolio with devices designed to balance portability, performance, and productivity. Both models support accessories such as a smart keyboard folio and digital pen, highlighting Lenovo’s focus on versatility for every day and professional use.
Lenovo Idea Tab Plus
The Idea Tab Plus is positioned as an affordable yet capable mid-range tablet. It features a 12.1-inch 2.5K LCD display with a resolution of 2560 × 1600, 90 Hz refresh rate, 800-nit peak brightness in HBM mode, and 96% DCI-P3 color coverage. Audio is supported by a four-speaker Dolby Atmos setup with Hi-Res Wireless Audio certification and dual microphones.
Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6400 octa-core processor, the device offers up to 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage, expandable via microSD. It includes a 13 MP rear camera and 8 MP front camera for video calls and photography.
A 10,200 mAh battery delivers up to 13 hours of video playback, with 45 W fast charging support. Connectivity options include WiFi 5, Bluetooth 5.2, and optional 5G models. The tablet weighs under 1.2 pounds, is slimmer than a notebook, and will be offered in Luna Grey, Cloud Grey, and Sand Rose finishes. Availability is scheduled for October 2025, with a starting price of $269.99.
Lenovo Yoga Tab
The Yoga Tab caters to users seeking a premium experience. It comes with an 11.1-inch PureSight Pro display and is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Mobile Platform, offering flagship-level performance.
The device weighs just one pound and supports a 2-in-1 keyboard pack with a dedicated Smart Key for improved productivity. Optional input is provided via the Lenovo Tab Pen Pro, aimed at creative users and note-takers. Out of the box, it comes bundled with Adobe Creative Suite and Perplexity Pro16, underscoring its positioning as a productivity and creativity tool.
The Yoga Tab will be available starting September 2025, with a launch price of $549.99.
